TSF Asia-Pacific was established in 2006 to help clients source and contract quality-assured consultants to provide technical support to HIV/AIDS programmes. This focus was recently broadened to cover SRHR and other health and development programmes in line with the Sustainable Development Goals or SDGs. We have over 600 experienced consultants in our database with extensive experience in supporting assignments related to Global Fund concept note development and grant implementation, community systems strengthening, national strategic plan development, global AIDS response progress reporting, programme reviews and implementer capacity assessments, monitoring and evaluation, strategic plan costing and national AIDS spending assessments. Our clients include regional civil society networks and national NGOs, ministries of health, country coordinating mechanisms, and principal and sub-recipients of Global Fund grants, among others.
Our geographic coverage stretches from Afghanistan, China and Mongolia in the Northwest down to the Pacific Islands in the Southeast, with a particular focus on UNAIDS priority countries and Global Fund high-impact countries.
